How do I add funds to my wallet?
You can add funds using various payment methods including TeleBirr, M-Pesa, eBirr, Amole, and bank transfers from CBE, Dashen Bank, and Awash Bank.
How do QR code tickets work?
Each ticket has a unique QR code that is scanned at event entry. The code is linked to your account and can only be used once. Duplicate or fraudulent use will result in denied entry.
What is the service fee for event tickets?
A 10% service fee applies per ticket sold, which is charged to Event Organizers. This fee helps maintain and improve our platform services.
How can I get a refund for a ticket?
